1. CATEGORY: POSTER PRESENTATION

a. Extended Abstract Submission

b. Video Submission

  • Submit a video of your poster with length between 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Marks will be deducted if the video exceeds the 10 minutes limit.
  • Presenter may present using voice over the poster or presenter may use multiple screens, one for the Poster presentation and a smaller one including you as the presenter.
  • All information on the poster must be clearly presented
  • Recording file format is in MP4 (.mp4)
  • The resolution of the video should be of high definition (720p or 1080p).
  • The file name for this video must start with AGeoS2020(Poster). Example: AGeoS2020(Poster)_Title_Presenter Name
  • Upload your video here

b. Poster Preparation

  • The poster should be written and present in English.
  • Template for AGeoS Poster: Download
  • Place AGeoS's logo on the top of right side.
  • All information such as the title of your paper, authors’ name, affiliation as well as presenter’s photo must insert on your poster.
  • Make sure the writing is easy to read.
  • Here some suggestions of information that you may displayed in your poster:
    1. Abstract
    2. Problem Statement
    3. Objectives
    4. Methods/framework/process flow/materials
    5. Finding/Discussion
    6. Significance
    7. Novelty
    8. Conclusion
    9. Reference
    10. Contact (Name/organisation/email/etc.)

Poster Presentation (Video) Awards:

E-Certificate will be given for:

  • Best Poster Award
  • Best Presenter Award

b. Full Manuscript Preparation

  • Authors are advised to read and understand the IOP Proceedings License and prepare your paper (5-7 pages) according to the IOP Conference Series guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published or being sent to another publication for consideration.
  • The author is responsible to ensure that the manuscript sent for review is free from plagiarism.
  • The submission file is in MS Word file using the template provided.
  • The notification of acceptance of paper will be sent to the corresponding author only.
  • Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for grammar and spelling, using the online submission procedure.
  • All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.
  • The acceptance for publication of the paper is subject to peer reviewed.
